Lizanne’s principal areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and competition law. She has experience in various private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate migrations, restructuring of group structures and broad-based black economic empowerment transactions (particularly in the mining sector). Lizanne has been involved in numerous merger notifications to the South African competition authorities, competition litigation and the designing and implementing of comprehensive competition law training programmes for clients.
